This is required to complete your reservation or registration in the promotional package or educational program and to provide information to each business or educational institution identified by name in the promotion.

SLSC has implemented precautions to help protect your personal information from accidental loss, but the absolute security cannot be guaranteed. SLSC shall not be liable for the transfer of any personal information resulting from loss or distribution of data the corruption of storage media, power failures, natural phenomena, riots, vandalism, sabotage, terrorism or any other event beyond SLSC’s control.
Note to Parents on Our Privacy Policy
SLSC welcomes children to learn more about our organization and, where appropriate, find opportunities to serve their communities through SLSC programs and volunteer activities. However, we encourage this to be done only with their parent’s knowledge and supervision. If you provide personal information to SLSC, you expressly represent and warrant to SLSC that you have given the full right and authority to provide SLSC with such personal information and that SLSC’s use and processing of such personal information as set forth herein will not violate any person’s right or privileges including rights to privacy. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features, register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us using the contact information located at the beginning of this policy.
E-mail marketing and your rights
You have the right to opt out of receiving e-mail marketing communications and direct mail marketing from us. Generally, the e-mail marketing communications that you receive from us will provide you an option to “unsubscribe” from receiving future e-mail marketing communications from us. Events and video teleconferencing
SLSC hosts and uses video teleconferencing platforms to facilitate conferences, meetings, training events, and other programs. We often use online platforms that are owned and administered by third party service providers (e.g., Google, Zoom, Webex, Teams, etc.). Please be aware that our video teleconferencing may record the content, conversations, and discussions there on, and such records may be stored or retained by our third-party service providers. By participating in our events and video teleconferencing, you hereby acknowledge that the collection of your data is subject to the terms of use and privacy polices of such third party online platforms, consent to the collection and retention of any information provided therein, and you hereby consent to the recording of such activities.
Your State Privacy Rights
